Management should encourage anybody with new ideas and any suggestions to bring them forward for consideration. The company can introduce new products to the market as a means of gaining a competitive advantage, and advertise  the company’s new policies.  These programs need to become practical since employees acknowledge the importance of good ethics in any business.
